What happens
Following the fall of Ma Hushan's forces, former governor of Kashgar who joined forces with the rebels, has offered to return to serve as a governor and officer for our government once again. It seems he wants a second chance to redeem himself, but with his past actions in mind it may be unwise to trust him.
