Division Within the Party

The telegram also states that, according to the wishes of Lin Yuying — the Party's envoy to Russia — Guotao has suspended his Party Organs in favor of a peaceful reconciliation with Mao and the others. No matter what he says, Guotao remains a potent political rival and should not be underestimated.
