What happens
Responding to our request for BT-7 tanks, the other nation has agreed to send only a token amount. It is not enough to fully equip a tank division, but sufficient to get us started. If nothing else, we can use the 100 vehicles to train our crews, while we look for other ways to procure modern tanks.
