What happens
The collective is stronger than the individual. That is also true for economies. Russia has decided to re-organize the economies of all it's allies, to better serve the collective, rather than the individual country. This will mean changes to the way we do things now, and possibly some difficulties initially, but in the end it will serve everyone better.
