What happens
The nation has returned to us with a conditional offer which they claim will be of mutual benefit to both parties. They claim that the Act of the 5th of November never officially agreed to cede the contested regions of Gdansk and Gdynia to the newly founded its kingdom. They claim that they would agree to sign an alliance, but only if what they claim to be a violation of the terms Germany agreed to were rectified.
