What happens

As the Russia exerts greater and greater influence over the region, the leader has proclaimed that giving them a single island in the Aegean would end with them taking the entire Mediterranean. With the ultimatum refused, the nation is on the brink of war, and can only wait for the Russia to pull the trigger.
