What happens
Claiming they are attempting to ensure peace in the Balkans, Germany has presented the Greek government with a demand that they cede territory to Bulgaria. While Greece has protested immensely, the strength of German influence in the Balkans leaves them with little choice. The only way to avoid a confrontation with the Germany is to allow German diplomacy to dictate their territorial integrity.
