What happens
has recently sent individuals to our country to observe the ongoing conflict. At the same time one of their small arms manufacturers has contacted some of our diplomats through secondary channels wondering if we'd be interested in buying small arms from them. This would involve smuggling arms to our country due to restrictions placed upon us.
