Unternehmen Rösselsprung fails

Our operation to capture or kill the Yugoslav partisan leader Tito has not been met with success. The first wave of airborne troops came down close enough to the cave where we suspected Tito to be hiding, but were met with murderous fire from strong enemy units that our intelligence had missed. While our troops fought bravely, enemy reinforcements arrived sooner than expected. Even a desperate breakout attempt was not successful. The survivors have withdrawn to friendly lines. Tito's current whereabouts are unknown.
