What happens
With the support of President the leader, the US Senate has passed a wide-sweeping bill allowing us to place orders for weapons in US factories, but sharply restricted financing options. With the isolationist faction in the US still convinced that it was the vast debts we had racked up during the Great War that caused the US declaration on Germany, they seem very eager to ensure that we pay for these weapons with hard currency.
