What happens
The governor of Indochina has declared his support for the leader, noting that the government in Vichy is not constitutionally legitimized and clearly acting under duress. The military forces in the area, however, have largely remained loyal to the Vichy government, with an arrangement currently being negotiated to see them repatriated.
