Brazil Crowns New Monarch

Following waning support and a recent surge in popularity of the imperial restoration movement, the Brazilian National Congress has agreed to compromise with the people. A constitutional monarch will be crowned but the National Congress will still retain their political power over the country. Nominal duties will be handed off to the newly crowned king in an attempt to stabilize the situation.
