The Empire Strikes Back

It seems the British government has had quite enough of our approach to local governance. British forces have arrived in strength under the guise of stabilization operations.. Resistance networks have been uprooted, troublesome elements pacified and our own influence has been neatly brushed aside. The UK insists this is all temporary, a necessary intervention to protect the integrity of the region. However the message is clear: they are in charge here and if we wish to govern, we must do so on their terms.
