What happens
The failure of the French army to defend Paris has led to a collapse in government. Following a hastily agreed armistice, a new regime has been established in Vichy. However, a number of French officials have fled the country to establish a government in exile and vowed to continue the fight until France is liberated. Now a difficult decision has befallen our own government.
