What happens
The other nation have approached us with an offer to procure some of our mothballed capital ships. The assets they are interested in are no longer in service due to their age and lack of modern equipment. However, by selling the assets to the other nation, we run the risk of escalating an already worsening naval arms race in the region.

When this event fires, Their Naval Procurement presents these options:

- We can not spare any naval assets.
