What happens
We have received a hostile delegation from the nation today, claiming ownership of the entirety of the nation state. the leader demands that we return the territory immediately or war will be inevitable. They claim that its ownership of the region is illegitimate and that the nation is an integral part of its state. Should we accept their demands, the nation will be ceded to the nation but we shall maintain any cores or claims we have over the region. Should we refuse, war between our nations seems inevitable.
