What happens
A few days ago, the German ambassador cornered the Yugoslavian leader at a diplomatic reception. Following the Anschluss of Austria, he noted, Yugoslavia and Germany now share a common border. The ambassador assured the Yugoslavian leader that Germany was, of course, very interested in friendly relations. He only requested that we kept that in mind when making policy decisions in the future.
