The nation offers support against Yugoslavia

Negotiations through back channels with the nation have led to an agreement, in principle, that Yugoslavia should be either dismantled entirely or at least severely reduced in size. With our new backers, we can now negotiate with the Yugoslavian government from a position of overwhelming strength. We could also opt to solve the issue with force, while the Yugoslavian military is still unprepared.
