What happens
The Hungarian side has presented us with an offer to solve the looming crisis. Unsurprisingly, they have demanded that the entirety of Transylvania is turned over to Hungary as soon as feasible. We can accept this offer, but it would no doubt upset our Romanian allies. We could also make a counter-offer. Our Chief Diplomat strongly suggests the latter. A compromise solution would perhaps be more agreeable to both sides.
