What happens
Both sides have approached us to decide who gets Transylvania. The Foreign Office has prepared the following brief: "It would be inadvisable, in the current situation, to award the entirety of Transylvania to one side. A compromise solution, unpopular but acceptable to both sides, should be preferred to avoid insulting one side to the point of refusing the settlement."

- Give Northern Transylvania to Hungary.
- Transylvania stays with Romania.
