What happens
The government of the nation has refused to budge on the rearmament issue. Talks have broken down almost immediately, with its delegation stalling at every opportunity and turning minor issues such as the seating order into hour-long debates. It is clear that they don't intend on letting us rearm, but they want us to be the ones who walk out of the talks.
