What happens
After several days of heated negotiations, no progress has been made in Bled, and the delegations have returned to their respective home countries. Even the intervention of the leader achieved nothing. There is considerable frustration inside the diplomatic service. Many senior diplomats suggest that we rearm anyway, just to show the leader what happens if he refuses to negotiate.
