What happens
our delegation sent to the other nation to negotiate our territorial expansion in the Balkans has returned to our nation to inform us that the mission was a complete success. They have concluded a secret agreement with the theirs whereby the other nation recognizes our claims and agrees to grant our nation control over them once we officially join the other nation, assuming the role of peacekeepers in the occupied Balkan states.
