What happens
Members of the Broad Socialists faction have joined the communists in their effort to ignite national strikes among industrial workers. Through clandestine assemblies and meetings they have managed to gather great support and sympathy among the Bulgarian proletariat. We must proceed with caution when imposing order in the regions where these strikers are most popular, lest the situation escalate to something more serious than mere strikes...
