What happens
The Bulgarian government has sent a diplomatic mission to demand the cession of our territories in the Balkans to the Balkan nations to which, according to the Bulgarians, they legitimately belong. The delegates from Bulgaria have maintained a generally cordial tone, although some of our diplomats claim to have perceived certain threatening connotations, especially in the face of the initial refusal of the Italian ministers.
