What happens
Our overlord Italy has today decided to hand the territory of the region over to the Hungarians, which we control. This is to strengthen relation between the Italian and Hungarian states, and there is not very much that can be done about it. We will however lodge a small diplomatic protest, even though the higher-ups won't even read it.
