What happens
The League of Nations council debated the request from Ethiopia for military intervention in the war with Italy. In the end, the council wouldn't go so far as to call for a full scale intervention, but came with a statement recommending member countries to support Ethiopia in any way possible, including possibly allowing volunteers to take part on Ethiopia's side in the conflict.
