What happens
Ethiopian diplomats have come to us with a secretive request for arms supplies. It seems all is not well in Italy’s recently acquired territory and the local administration is looking for foreign aid so that they might overthrow their overlords. Even if the rebellion fails, it would doubtless distract and weaken the Italian military. However, there may be repercussions if it is discovered we had a hand in supporting the rebellion.
