What happens
The German government has delivered an angry worded protest after an incident on the Italo-German border. Someone opened fire. Reports are extremely contradictory, some stating the exchange started from the Italian side, while none of the surviving border guards admitted to firing before the Germans opened up on them. The fact that the Italian soldiers were not behind any kind of shelter further strengthens these testimonies.
