Ethiopia's new leadership has acknowledged the weakness of their military with regards to dealing with modern warfare. They have therefore requested our support in reorganizing their military. This would be a great opportunity to give our officers some experience in different environments, but it is also a chance for us to influence the internal power balance within Ethiopia.
