The nation Seeks Baltic Cooperation

the leader and cabinet have approached its government with a proposal to formalize the loosely organized Baltic Entente into a military alliance. Signing the agreement would mean that, in times of war, our militaries would unite and face the threat to our sovereignty together. Though defensive in nature, the leader hopes to eventually formalize the Baltic Entente into a faction spanning from Riga to Oslo, although such an ambition seems unlikely.
