What happens
Representatives of the other nation have approached us with a bold proposal for the reorganization of Central Asia. Their proposal requires us handing over control of a number of states along their border to them and the creation of a new socialist federation under the administration of the other nation. This could allow us to aid in the construction of a powerful buffer state in the region that can take over some of our defense burdens in the region, freeing our military for deployment elsewhere.
