What happens
The government of the other nation has approached us requesting we allow a tank purchase. The caveat being that because of budget reasons, they can only afford a single light tank... Minus the turret. Certainly a request unusual enough to be suspicious, but they claim they want to try it out before the choose how to build their armored forces.
