What happens
Despite our best efforts, Vidkun Quisling has launched his attempt to seize power in Oslo. With support from the invading fascists, he is broadcasting his proclamation of a new government, dedicated to collaboration with our enemies. There is no way to dress this, we were losing before and this coup will only exacerbate our war efforts.
