The other nation Seeks Economic Cooperation

Our Nordic neighbors want to find common ground in order to establish a mutually beneficial treaty for economic and industrial cooperation. If done properly, as we hope it will be, this will boost both our economies equally, as we would enter it as equals. Given our region's historic ebb and flow of enmity, we must be wary of benefiting a future rival, if they were to turn their back on us.
