Finland is looking to Join the Allies

It seems as though representatives from Finland have approached the major democracies, attempting to wiggle their way out of the war against us by offering to join them in their war against the Germans, essentially switching sides. If the Allies were to agree to this, there would not be much we could do but complain and demand compensation, but at least it would mean a new partner in our struggle against fascism.
